Common faults and treatment of end thermal resistance

The main reason for the failure of the surface indication value of the end face thermal resistance is that the thermal resistance presents a circuit break. The solution to this problem is to use a multimeter to check and eliminate the broken circuit. If the connecting wire is broken, it should be repaired or replaced promptly. If the thermal resistance is disconnected, replace it in time.

Thermal resistance short-circuit can cause appearance indicates the end resistance value, so when there's appearance to the end resistance value of the time we'll be the first to examine the thermal resistance is short circuit, if is caused by short circuit fault, then processing method is: use a multimeter to check the short circuit parts, if it is transverse thermal resistance is short circuit, it should be repaired or replaced. If the connecting wire is short-circuited, it should be handled or replaced in time.

Common fault three is the end thermal resistance indicating value is lower than the practical temperature or indicating unstable. Cause analysis: Water in the maintenance pipe; Metal shavings or dust on the junction box; Short circuit or ground between thermal resistance wires.

Treatment: clean up the water in the maintenance tube and dry the wet part; Remove metal scraps or dust from junction boxes; Use a multimeter to check the short circuit or grounding part of the thermal resistance and remove it. If the short circuit occurs, replace it.
